Experience and Training

In my years as a therapist, I have worked with adolescents, adults and couples from diverse backgrounds. I completed my post-graduate training as well as an advanced training in couples work at the Women’s Therapy Center in Berkeley CA. I approach my work from a psychoanalytic perspective.  I complete a year-long course in the analytic treatment of eating disorders at NCP (New Center for Psychoanalysis) and gained extensive experience working with patients struggling with eating disorders as a primary therapist at The Bella Speranza, a residential eating disorders treatment facility of The Bella Vita in Los Angeles.  I completed the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Program, and am currently a senior candidate, at LAISPS (Los Angeles Institute and Society for Psychoanalytic Studies).   I am committed to professional development as a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst and attend trainings and workshops regularly.
